I wrote a whole post of thoughts I’ve had this week, snarky thoughts that were bound to piss someone off, from parents of human children to Floridians and New Yorkers, so I deleted it.
If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all? With all that removed, there’s not much left to say today.
I dragged myself out of bed in the dark this morning to hit the pool in the cold and do slow, painful drills in an effort to improve my pathetic swimming. Good thing I had my wonderful Christmas-gift cupcake suit to keep me smiling!
Training totals for December 21-27:
Swim: ~3664 yards
Bike: 30.6 miles
Run: 7.6 miles
Strength: 1 hour
Total time: 6 hours
Darn I probably would have gotten a kick out of whatever you wrote. Totally know what you mean though. :-)
ReplyDeleteCute suit!
ReplyDeleteAw, man! I feel like I missed out on a great post! Cute suit, though :)
ReplyDeleteOMG Molly, if I didn't think we could be friends before, we most certainly can now. I big puffy heart cupcakes - I have a riding jersey with them. You rock, love the suit!
ReplyDeleteCRACK me up...Sometimes I need to bite my lip too, LMM. I snapped at this guy who decided to drive 50 mph the other day when it was snowing like 1,000 inches.
ReplyDeleteLOVE THE SUIT!!! Hope you swam fast in it!
Please forward the first post to me! K, thanks.
ReplyDeleteDarn cute suit.
ReplyDeleteHow long does your workout in the pool take?
And don't hold back on nasty thoughts. We all have them and sometimes it's better to let them go than to munch on them and don't let them out.
Awesome suit! I may need to get me one of those! I don't suppose it comes with an endless supply of cupcakes, one for every post swim reward.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping you'd snap one of you IN the suit, under the water!
ReplyDeletesuper cute suits!! Merry Christmas :)
ReplyDeleteVery cute suit.
