*whine* *sob* *moan*

I’m feeling those lunges alright.  *gasp*  Note to self: don’t try to foam-roll your calves and hamstrings when they hurt this much.  OMG!!!!

I got Stanley’s Open Standard videos from this past weekend’s trial.  He’s getting better, bit by bit!

  4. Wow the 2nd video was confusing for me. Great job Stanley! Biotone has this smelly massage cream for relaxing muscles. It's not as bad as bengay but works just as well. I think it's called Polar Lotion. My therapist uses it on my back all the time after shes done torturing me. :)

    Stanley isn't to fond of slalom as it seems and sometimes thinks ahead of you. LoL.

    You are a great team non the less. It's amazing what you can do with your dogs.
