Howdy, Y’all! Giddyup and Yeehaw!

OK, with those Texas stereotypes out of the way…

After the latest update from Red Rock (SOMA duathlon for sure), I pulled the trigger: October 17th in Austin, it’s on!  When I factored in the course, a free ticket on Southwest Airlines, the timing, and the ability to maybe see some friends, this was my best bet!

    SO COOL! A friend of mine from ASU is doing this race also. I'd love to come sherpa for you, but I work that weekend *sad panda face*. Glad you found something that worked!

    I heard this is a good one, and Austin sounds like a cool town, different than the other large cities in TX.

    I'm sorry to hear that your A race was officially turned into a duathlon. I don't blame you for wanting to race a tri. Texas....awesome! Good luck!
