Today my little sister would have turned 22; instead we lost her a little over 18 years ago, after a long fight with a particularly aggressive form of cancer.
It’s my annual reminder to live life to its fullest, enjoy every day, and take the time to appreciate the ones you love!

What a beautiful angel... You haven't changed much since then :-)
Oh Molly, that is very sad. And yes, a good reminder to live life to the fullest. Hope you have a wonderful holiday.
Sorry for your loss.
My first thought on the picture was that you look just like you! You haven't changed at all since you were little.
Thanks for sharing these special pictures. I've been thinking about you and your family and your little sister a lot today (after seeing you FB post this morning). When it comes down to it, at the end of every day, what matters the most in life is family and love. Simple as that :-)
Oh Molly, I do not think I knew this about you and your sister. I had to blink a few times when I saw that pic of you with your sister when you were little. you have NOT changed a bit. And, yes, like Jennifer said, a good reminder to love our close friends and family and live life 100%!
Such CUTE pics of you and she together. Thanks for sharing them.
Thanks for sharing. What a wonderful reminder. Sorry for your loss.
I'm sorry for your loss but admire your continued dedication to life. It's clear her memory lives on through you.
That is heart breaking. I just couldn't help but think about Moana when I saw those pictures. Heart breaking. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. :(
so sorry Molly.
on a side note, I agree with everyone, you have NOT changed at all. hah. So cute!
thank you for sharing this story with us molly. much love and happiness to you.
She was beautiful.
I see so much of you in Maggie, the eyes and smile especially. There are a few families that I look at and really admire for their love of life and one another, your family is definitely one of them.
Just saw this post. Maggie looks beautiful - I don't think I have ever seen pictures of her before. I'm sure she loved every moment of her life with you.
Molly, I didn't know about your sister. How tragic and sad. Your lesson learned is a good one, though - we really never know what will happen next, so we need to take the time to enjoy our lives and our loved ones.
Oh Molly, what a sweet remembrance to post. Your precious Maggie was beautiful, and she looked so much like you and your brother. She had about her an ethereal loveliness.
You were absolutely stunning as a child, and remain just as much so today.
In peace from the other Meg's big sister,
Katharine
Thanks for sharing Maggie's story. As someone who has lost a sibling who was still a child (though not as young as Maggie), the wound is still deep for your parents and all of you.
A beautiful tribute, for a beautiful little girl. Thank you for sharing Maggie's story with us.
