Even with a flat on the bike course. The same course that was 1 mile over the advertised distance. More to follow when I’m not drop-dead tired.
Training totals for May 3-9:
Swim: 4383 yards
Bike: 39.1 miles
Run: 11.7 miles
Total time: 6 hours

You Rock! You are an amazing woman. Gary and I are privileged to call you friend and adopted family (not to mention honorary Canuck). Obstacles do not deter you. The bike course was longer than planned and you had a flat. No matter. You just pushed through and achieved your goal. Well done.
Congrats! Good to see you out there this morning!
Congrats on the race. Hope all the frustration you had with the Rev 3 folks was worked out.
way to kick some TN booty! Can't wait to read the entire RR! 30 minutes is HUGE...and with a flat! WOW!!
Molly, congratulations. Thirty minutes is a huge improvement. I need to practice fixing a flat. How long does that take you?
wohoooo molly!!! cant wait to read more!
It takes a lot less time with CO2 cartridges! Maybe 5ish minutes for a front tire?
Yeah Molly! Congrats!!!
Congrats Molly! Gotta love seeing all the hard work come together, huh? YAY!
